Position: Technical Recruiter/ Sr. Technical Recruiter- US Staffing
Job Location: Jubilee Hills ,Hyderabad
Job Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Mon-Fri)- US Shift, Sat & Sun are fixed Off.

Role & Responsibilities: –

* Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.

* Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc)

* Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description

* Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.

* Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position.

* Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate s experience and requirement.

* Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.

* Arranging client interviews and completing required paper work if candidate gets selected for the position.

* Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.

* Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Skills: –

*Experience in US Staffing.or Freshers also can apply

*Preferable Domain- IT, Healthcare or Pharma and Automobile.
