Job Title: Executive Assistant – CEO
Experience: 2 – 5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
To provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished that operations run efficiently
To handle incoming communication or memos on behalf of CEO, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff
To act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments
To handle documentations – drafting reports, creating presentations, and managing contracts. They make sure everything is correct, organized and updated.
To do research, analyze data, and create reports to help the CEO make their decisions
To perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Competencies Required:
2 – 5 years of experience in an administrative role directly reporting to CEO
Should have a Master’s/ MBA degree (Operations, Sales)
Experience working in the HR Industry (Preferable)
Proficient in Operations and Sales Management
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong negotiation, time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Expertise in MS office
Proficient in virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet
Experience in overseeing budgets, expenses, developing internal processes and filing systems
