Internship/Trainee:

Recent Passed out Without Experience can be consider5 as Trainee for Stipend salary, after 3 Month Full Time salary.

Experienced Candidate Skills:

Minimum 1-2 Years Experienced as HR Assistant/ HR Executive:

• Automobile/any other Industry Recruitment Skills is Must.
• Excel and Documentation
• Payroll & ESI , PF experience is Must
• And Handling 3 Branch Attendance and Time office management.
• Visiting 3 Branch for all Grievances.
• Capable to handle Employee Junior & Senior Level Recruitment.
• Timely closing Proper Hiring and Evaluation every 1 Month.
• All Leave Tracker/Warning/Termination/ Exit Interview Handling.
• Male/Female who interested to Travel 3 Branches for HR Operation.
• Age Limit- 21- 28 “Male/Female

Qualification : MBA or Any Degree

Daily Activities:

• Manpower Planning/ Recruitment
• Employee Joining and Exit Formalities
• Manpower Budget Planing
• Daily attendance streamline
• Daily and Monthly Report preparation
• To be Support to Payroll Process
• To be support to statutory documentation
• To Be coordinate With Three Branches HR End to End Activities

* For Freshers we can Consider as HR Internship for Stipend Salary
