Team Lead Position as an Account Manager

· Forecasting and monitoring account metrics

· Communicating progress reports Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly

· Preparing and managing account reports from team members

· Collaborating with internal teams and departments to meet parent concern requirements

· Ensuring timely and accurate delivery

· Providing customer service related to accounts admin jobs to parent company associates.

· Leverage new technologies to streamline and improve accounting processes and strengthen reporting capabilities.

· Responsible for supervising accounting assistants.

· Investigate issues/concerns raised by the operations team and/or accounts management and resolve problems accordingly.

· Develops and manages accounting tools and reports. Works closely with the IT team in joint projects and initiatives to improve reporting.

Requirements:

· Experience in a managerial accounting role.

· Must have an adequate educational background.

· Strong leadership skills and capabilities, able to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment ensuring deadlines are met.

· Superior organizational, multitasking, analytical, prioritizing and communication skills – both verbal and written.

· Must be a team player combined with a strong sense of collective responsibility, high individual motivation and self-direction.

· Experience with computerized financial systems as well as advanced Excel.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
