Full Job Description
Job Title- Administration Executive.Role and Responsibility· Taking care of AMC of postcentral , UPS, Air condition continuously follow up with vendors for service done & maintaining service report in mis.· IT & Admin asset management (asset tagging, allocation & keep stock maintain)· Make travel arrangements Flight Tickets· Manage Housekeeping – Ensuring daily cleaning is done before the employees arrive and also maintained during day and manage housekeeping resource.· Cafeteria services – Ensuring food quality and pricing Telephone and Utilities – Process the utility bills (water, electricity, rent, phone bills)· CCTV – Surveillance the office premises and took backup. Vendor Coordination – Coordinate with Electrician, Stationery, Plumber, Carpenter and getting comparative rates from them on products and services without compromising on Quality.· Security and ID card Management – Handling office security.· Resource management – work assign to office boys. Internal and External Event Management including Talent Management. Forecast and planning Office boy Leaves Management.· To provide an excellent event administrative service for the department; recording event data, preparing letters and other correspondence, and assisting with event planning.· Experience with administration, supply, protocol and liaison functions with the UN/UNOPS or other International Organization would be considered as an assetMajor responsibilities· Maintaining MIS of Medical, Stationery, key, sports, cutlery & trackers.· Preparing Work permits for day to day vendor’s activity in premises.· Follow up with stationery, medical, Newspaper, refreshment vendors for material delivery & billing· Follow up with vendors for delivering material & dispatching invoice at office location to process in TAT time.· Carrying out Vendor contact details updating with escalation matrix· Follow up with vendors for weekend activities· Assisting in obtaining permission from Land Lord for Wipro Staff/ Visitor’s for vehicle entries .· Co-ordinating with entire Admin & FM team on day-to-day operationsAcademic qualification: S.S.C. H.S.C.
