Candidates should be an associate member of ICSI with post qualification working experience of 3-5 years.
To work in a midsized company along with other associate companies, with filing of DIR-12.
Should be well versed in Drafting, Good working knowledge in EXCEL and MS office.
Well versed in Preparation and filing of MCA forms, Exposure in compliances of other applicable laws on the company.
All Compliances related to the Companies Act 2013 and other related acts
