Job Description: Enthusiastic and Persuasive person with fluent English and an ability to engage customers in a conversation. The Customer Support Executive’s responsibilities include answering customer queries professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Answering incoming calls professionally to provide information about products and services to the customers.

 Answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information on calls, chats, and emails.

 Communicating with other departments for updates.

 Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as action taken.

 Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ request/complaints.

 Referring unresolved customer grievances to the designated department or department head.

WORK TYPE: Work from Office

WORK TIMINGS: 11 AM – 8 PM

COMPENSATION: ₹ 1,80,000.00 – ₹ 2,40,000.00 per year

Salary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per year
