Job Description: Enthusiastic and Persuasive person with fluent English and an ability to engage customers in a conversation. The Customer Support Executive’s responsibilities include answering customer queries professionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering incoming calls professionally to provide information about products and services to the customers.
Answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information on calls, chats, and emails.
Communicating with other departments for updates.
Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as action taken.
Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ request/complaints.
Referring unresolved customer grievances to the designated department or department head.
