Full Job Description
· To organize daily Schedules, appointments & Meetings.· Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks.· Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.· Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.· Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.· Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.· Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.· Helping prepare for meetings.· Accurately recording minutes from meetings.· Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.· Reading and analyzing incoming memos, and submissions, and distributing them as needed.· Making travel arrangements· Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.· Provide general administrative support.· Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.· Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.· A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.· Professional level verbal and written communications skills.· Coordinating with internal team· Developing new systems and processes in the company as per the trainingExperience: 1-6 Years of ExperienceSalary- 25K in handLocation- Okhla Phase 1, South DelhiNotice period- 7 Days or Immediate Joiners are preferred.Contact person-Pooja SharmaHr8800941145Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceInternet reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Commission payPerformance bonusQuarterly bonusYearly bonusApplication Question(s):Are you comfortable with OKhla Phase 1 ?Work Location: One locationSpeak with the employer+91 8800941145Expected Start Date: 19/06/2023
