- Stabilize, standardize, and improve the delivery lifecycle across multiple teams and phases to ensure that software engineering solutions are aligned with business objectives • Dive the profitability of our Delivery Managers (ARVE) by creating a strategy to analyse and compare projects to determine the best use of our highly valuable resources against the margin at which we price for the delivery of Analytics & ICC • Maximize the contribution margin (CM) and the Delivery Value Improvement (DVI) for each account by creating a strategy to monitor and scrutinize all associated variable costs related to the delivery
