Support and maintenance of Enterprise Scheduling CONTROL M environments
Monitoring of Scheduling platforms CONTROL M Servers
Administer access and security management of all Scheduling Infrastructure components
Implement patches updates to Scheduling Infrastructure Components CONTROL M
Identify opportunities to improve automate the existing processes
Proactively monitors daily production batch and file transmissions for potential failures and delays
Providing Root Cause Analysis to determine the facts based on the problem
Adherence to Change Management process and controls flow for various changes being implemented
