Automotive experience of ~ 15-20 years with expertise in Digital Continuity

Experience in product manufacturing processes, such as BOM, bill of process (BOP) and its seamless management in PLM

Understanding of creating, accessing, and reusing information on how a product was designed, manufactured, and serviced.

Exposure of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)

Capable to support data interchanges along the value chain and towards the customer, combining machine-to-machine and human-machine interactions.

Transition of product data from engineering to manufacturing, document management, cost management.

Strong bill of materials (BOM) management capabilities and features covering the product conceptualization, engineering, and manufacturing phases of the product lifecycle

Should understand industry 4.0/digital manufacturing, and analytics.

Understanding on data security – approach that addresses cyber-security threats.

Aware about best practices for engineering/Manufacturing engineering data management and security controls.

Exposure of digital mock-ups into production environments.

Implemented/drove Digital continuity Programs in Automotive

Able to have all the data about a product, system, or infrastructure, during the different processes in its life span.

Capable to review, analyze and evaluate business processes, business requirements, user requirements & IT systems across end-to-end value chain at client’s locations

Ability to recommend business solution/controls by studying AS – IS practices and SOP’s from Digital continuity perspective

Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

Understand client/market requirement and participate in the development/refining of new/existing solution.

Conduct secondary/ primary research based on the tactical and strategic information needs of clients.

Experience in Business Research and/ or Advisory domain in sustainability with ability to create new ideas and innovative solutions

Experience in RFP and RFI, Presales Reponses.

Facilitate reviews with Leadership team with respect to solution, delivery, and commercial commitments.
