Extensive diary management, with both clients and internal stakeholders across multiple geographies
Complex travel arrangements
Monitoring and entering of expenses, timesheets and invoices using
Capgemini’s online system. As well as approving for their teams
Handling general enquiries
General administration duties
Assisting other EAs, including holiday cover.
Liaison with clients and staff
Occasional preparation and assisting facilitation of team meetings
Assisting with producing documents and presentations using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Primary Skills
Be highly efficient with Outlook and diary management.
Strong level of use with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel helpful
Able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, autonomy, diplomacy, and discretion
Experience within Event organisation
A Pro-active and common-sense approach
Ability to remain calm under stress and deliver tight deadlines
A sensitivity to confidentiality and GDPR
Prior experience supporting VPs or senior stakeholders and their teams
Great networking skills to foster strong relationships, enabling speedy resolutions
Prior experience of working within a professional services or consulting environment would be advantageous
A can do and collegiate mindset
Secondary Skills

Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written, in an international context
Able to work in an occasionally highly pressurised environment
