10+ years of Consulting experience in finance transformation, ERP Consulting (Maturity Assessment, Vendor Evaluations, transformation Roadmaps etc), process consulting & re-engineering, target operating models and business case development
ERP experience – ideally with exposure/depth in core SAP S/4 enterprise functions
Primary Skills
End to End knowledge of one or more of Finance Processes/functions such as– R2R, Invoice to Pay, invoice to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting, Treasury, Cash Management, etc
Experience of Owning Project delivery/Work streams from Workshop to CXO presentations
Organizational change management experience
Outsourcing & shared service experience
Planning, organization, and resource management
Secondary Skills
Guide clients on their Finance transformation and ERP strategy including but not limited to
Ambition setting
Maturity assessment
Operational improvement (process, technology, organization)
Recommend digital tools and solutions
Target operating model
SSC design
Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations of the digital core
Optimize functional performance across organization, process & technology
Design and transition clients to new operating models
Shape- and stand-up Transformation Offices that can serve as a control tower over multiple programs.
