Job Description
Create high-end value-added designs such as Banners, Mailers (html and design), GIFs, Posters, Ads, Infographics.
Knowledges in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Creative Tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Create visually appealing, neat, clean, graphic-rich, animated, high impact PowerPoint presentations that appeal to c-suite audience.
Design, produce and format PowerPoint presentations from rough slides, hand-drawn sketches, word documents, emails, or images. Create pleasing and effective tables, diagrams, graphs, icons, templates, etc. within PowerPoint
Uphold Capgemini’s brand guidelines and design standards, and demonstrate creativity within the framework
Ability to comprehend instruction, visualize and convert content into meaningful visual presentation.
Out of box creative thinking, eye for detail and adaptability to new design technologies.
Ability to work independently or with very little supervision.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Primary Skills
Creative Designing (PPT & Graphic Design)
2-3 years relevant experience/exposure in video production (shooting & editing) and motion graphic designing. Edit skills are primary over video shooting skills.
Good command of the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in 2D animation, compositing, design, and video production and editing
6-10 years full service experience. 2-3 years may be in an advertising/creative agency.
Experience working in communications department of an IT major/B2B organization would be an added advantage.
A passionate artist, strong communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills
Should have an impressive portfolio of works. Award winners will have an advantage.
Secondary Skills
Sufficient exposure to client handling
Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines
Ability to produce results as an individual or as a part of the team as well
Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
