Job Description
5 years’ experience of working in an information management or information architecture role.
Good understanding of Information management and information architecture principles and techniques.
Experience in delivering Knowledge Management tools and techniques within an organisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate to users at all levels of seniority and level of understanding.
Ability to capture technical requirements and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
Awareness of information management legislation and regulatory objectives and requirements relevant to Information and Knowledge Management e.g., Data Protection Act, Computer Misuse Act and Freedom of Information Act, Public Records Act, ONR Records Management Guidance and associated License Conditions.
Good understanding of MS0365 and how it is used to manage information and data including SharePoint and Teams.
