Job Description

• Overall 10 15 years experience with AWS Architect role for 2 4 years Good hands on AWS Services like EC2 ECS Fargate Docker on AWS Lamdba RDS Cloud Watch Cloud trail MongoDB
• Expertise in Cloud Migration and demonstrable experience of having successfully migrated a customer to a major public cloud platform AWS Expertise in using public cloud platforms AWS Azure to build solutions solving business problems and making innovative use of SaaS and PaaS offerings Understands whole solution architecture concepts and can communicate and negotiate designs with customer architects
• Expertise in Cloud Governance and compliance Able to devise novel migration approaches when migrating unsupported systems and high level estimation for different treatment types rehost re platform refactor re architect Able to simply and clearly communicate technical design both high level and low level in conversation documentation and presentations
• Able to make effective decisions within fast moving delivery Able to manage a team in delivering to a migration plan Working knowledge of cloud automation services and tooling Experience mentoring and coaching members of your team and wider community Active participation in knowledge sharing activities both within the team and at a wider capability level and externally where appropriate Proven ability in Cloud assessment AWS Azure to arrive at the ideal treatment option and present convince the client on the same Desirable
• Expertise in utilising the latest migration approaches and technologies including the containerisation of services Has sound knowledge on one or more programming languages such as C Java legacy programming languages etc and application architecture principles
