Coordinating with other teams and meet client requirements ? Working on shifts in mandatory ? On call during non-business hours ? Candidate to work directly with key Client IT architects to understand their requirements and implement them in line with the Clients processes Skills And Experience ?

Understanding of System Center Operations Manager 2012/2016.2019 ? Developing monitors rules discoveries diagnostic and/or recovery tasks views dashboards ? Setting up new SCOM environment ? Implementing Update rollup on old SCOM versions ?

Install SCOM patches released by Microsoft ? Import and Install New Management Packs (MP) ? Creation / deployment of Override Management Packs ? Integrate Product connectors with ticketing systems ?

Install New Agents in windows/ Linux ? Monitor SCOM Console / Setup New Management Groups ? Assistance with other Application teams with MP ? Create User Roles in SCOM Console ?

Create Notifications (Channels Subscribers & Subscriptions) ? Dual/Multihoming of agents ? Create Distributed Application groups ? Working with vendors ?

Creating Reports / Report Scheduling. ? Analysing requirements of clients ? Designing documenting developing and testing MPs ?

Designing developing unit testing and troubleshooting MPs. ? High degree of proficiency in System Center Operations Manager Management Pack (MP) authoring. ?

Expert knowledge of the SCOM service model and its usage (classes relationships referenced classes). ? Troubleshooting Operations Manager configuration issues. ?

Troubleshooting of agents (windows/Linux) ? Thorough knowledge of PowerShell and consuming PowerShell cmdlets programmatically. ? Basic SQL troubleshooting skills ?
