Job Description
Responsible for identifying issues and resolving issues in the following areas:
- Order inquiry
- Order creation
- Subject matter expert; coaching as necessary
- Receive orders from multiple sources
- Create Orders
- Validate orders
- Modify/Cancel orders
- Process orders
- Create delivery and shipment documents
- Integrate with load building, mode planning and route optimization
- Process returns
- Archive and Retrieve Documents
Primary Skills
- Problem identification and resolution of order management and logistics management processes.
- Hands on experience of working with an ERP tool (preferably SAP)
- Hard Working and Confident
Secondary Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Passionate about creating value and impact for the client
- Flexible to work in any shifts
