An experienced techno functional lead with deep experience
12 15 years in working with Telecoms service providers directly or as consultant from SI s product vendors specialization in Prepaid Postpaid Charging Policy BSS and Technology such as Volte Cloud IMS solutions
Experience should include replacement of legacy charging Policy platforms with latest versions upgrade and or transformations to new stacks and with familiarity coverage of use cases and scenarios relevant to 4G and 5G
preferably 8 10 years Experience on Oracle PCRF suite OCPM Tekelec is must and
experience on one more platform is desirable
Demonstrated experience of Architecting building solutions based on PCRF standalone or as part of larger BSS transformation as lead Architect solution architect Implementation
experience as a solution lead technical lead of at least 2 projects in the online charging and policy area preferably on Oracle communications suite of products
Having very strong experience in migration legacy PCRF solutions to Oracle PCRF stack Strong understanding and knowledge of charging and policy domain in various contexts 4G LTE 5G and IoT scenarios
Strong experience in network protocols like DIAMETER CAMEL
