Job Description
Create and release Supply Network Plans to weekly level (Inhouse and 3PM).
Run scenarios and revise plans daily as and when required to manage exceptions.
Manage transition – plan production for promos, innovation and transit trials, ramp up and run down of Finished Goods SKUs- Direct impact on Business waste .
Liaise with Market Collaboration Planner and local Operations to incorporate Factory Calendar, PPM’s , floor plans , strong understanding of Crew and labour management among the lines .
Ensure all performance reports are analysed in preparation for weekly meetings ( PVA OR DR ).
Very strong understanding of Line sequencing /Run Strategy , has to demonstrate and push the factory team to run efficient lines .

Primary Skills
Run root cause analysis and recommend corrective action on SLOBs .
Data Science and Advanced Analytics (in order to understand and validate the parameters proposed by the factory for DBNR MSTN ESTN etc,).
Modelling of algorithms for better Run Strategy , Influencing (liaises with the L1 Planning, Commercial and Operations teams on proposed parameters).
End to End Supply Chain Operations – direct hands on experience APO understanding is enough as of now as not many companies are using APO.
Secondary Skills
Engineering and/or MBA Background with minimum 8 to 10 years of Experience.
Preferred from Process industry(automobile/chemical etc).
Good communication.
