The subject matter expert (SME) in technology transformation of public admin digital governance within Public Sector. Drive the technical expertise, gathering, sharing and industrialization of content globally for our digital governance segment within Public Sector (PS) leadership, enabling teams in multiple geographies to benefit from the technical sector-specific knowledge.
One will work closely with the digital governance and e-governance segment leaders and technology architects globally as single point of contact (SPOC) in developing and successfully deploy emerging digital governance focused offerings globally that helps government officials and citizen. This will include managing strategic projects efficiently and on time in a global and matrix-managed environment.
The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong networking, interpersonal and multitasking skills, good quality control and attention to detail, and a track record of data projects. Experience of the public sector is key. Successful candidate is the technical sparring partner to the GBL Community within Public Sector.
Designing digital governance solutions that are citizen centric. Work with teams at existing and potential customers to deeply understand their business and technical needs. Develop solutions that make the best use of the Cloud platform and application services. Collaborate with teams to ensure customer success and value creation.
Worked as Digital Government Programs Architect
Expertise in developing Single Sign On Applications, Case Management, Designed and developed Digital Government Microservices,
Exposure to BPM and CRM
Worked on digital governance / e-governance projects in US, Europe or Other Federal, State and Local governments.
Expertise in Government Apps Modernization and implementing Case Management solutions.
Single Channel Digital for Citizens. • Digital Mindset, Design Thinking, Consulting, User Experience design
Share best practices through forums such as blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public speaking events.
Primary Skills
16 to 22 years of experience in the design and implementation of complex IT systems in the public welfare and social program management segment of public sector
Experience working with customers and stakeholders and driving conversation towards innovative public welfare solutions
Digital Government Programs Architect
Experience in implementing E-Governance, Citizen Services Delivery, Digital governance, Digitization.
Worked in one or more geography such as US, Europe, Other country Federal, State and Local government
Prior experience in Government application digitization/modernization projects and implementation of citizen centric services.
Single/multi-Channel Digital platform for Citizens. • Digital Mindset, Design Thinking, Consulting, User Experience design
Working experience in developing Citizen Services solutions using Newgen, IBM, Pega, RPA etc
Working experience in Business Process Management, Case Management and Process Automation
Secondary Skills
An advanced degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or related discipline
AI augmented insights, Process automation
You are required to play critical role in shaping the future adoption of technology by government keeping citizen at the center to utilize these services.
Worked on integration of legacy applications, modern business applications and cloud services
