Manage client expectations, define the implementation strategy, and document the client’s business needs and requirements.
Link the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimize the Onboarding 2.0 solution.
Manage the deliverables of the project throughout the implementation process.
Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors’ product-suite configuration options.
Educate the client on SuccessFactors and technical requirements.
Complete configuration and associated documents for handover.
Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the client.
Use/leverage SuccessFactors resources to support the software implementation.
Complete projects on time and on budget, with high levels of client satisfaction.
Manages security roles and user access permissions..
Mapping Business Requirement to the workbook.
Demo of Onboarding 2.0 end to end process to HR Stake holders.
Designs and implements system governance and policies in collaboration with various stakeholder groups..
This role requires build the demo or prototype for the HR systems to present the solution to business leads.Coordinate with technical leads, Onsite business leads, Project managers and delivery managers. Accountable for design, build, testing and documentation.
Must know integration with Employee Central or S4 HANA core HR systems and Recruiting modules Directs and creates system support tools, process documentation, training for the system, etc.
