GAP Analysis and providing suggestions for enhancements and improvements of customer business process as per best practice Participated in the initial project kickoff project team orientation and the project planning and resource booking
Requirements gathering workshops on process data integration technical and User Interface on the holistic
SAP SuccessFactors SaaS SaaP solution Mapping of employee competency and skill levels by using assessment tools
Good experience in understanding and configuration of employee performance vs potential with drag and drop calibration
Use skills and competency libraries to align your workforce with critical business needs
