As a Team leader, this key position is responsible for all aspects managing the eLearning creation team.
This position is responsible for all aspects of creating and maintaining high quality learning content and generating ideas for improving educational materials, primarily focused on departmental processes. This requires ability to translate core financial concepts in easy to comprehend e-learning modules of self study documents. Domain knowledge in Field of Controlling, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Asset accounting and SAP knowledge in accounting and controlling is required.
This position is also responsible for leading a team of eLearning creators and experts of instructional design, and managing stakeholders and customers.
Ensure All the KPI’s and SLA’s are met as agreed with stakeholders for all customers, ensure execution of work. (Infrastructure, tools, trainers, schedule etc.).
Understand customer requirements / needs by keeping in constant touch with them and provide support as needed.
Manage competence and development needs of the team – including training, coaching, and mentoring.
Read, understand, and interpret Storyboards Experience in digital content production.
Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles.
Ability to translate core financial concepts in comprehensible modules.
Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (e.g., courses, games, videos, quizzes, etc.).
Be proactive and suggest new learning materials.

Significant domain knowledge in fields of Learning and development.
Confident influencing and inspiring leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, driving projects and maintaining momentum through to completion.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), reporting, and presentation skills.
Resilient and flexible in a continuously developing environment.
Knowledge of LMS, e-Learning creation tools (Epiplex, Enable Now, Captivate etc.) a plus.
