JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct research and analysis across a wide range of assignments including market assessment & sizing, competitive analysis & benchmarking, industry/sector analysis, vendor/ partner identification, and business plans, proposals, RFPs, etc.
• Drive and manage various key initiatives aimed at enhancing the operational effectiveness of the team and building its visibility.
• Continuously monitor market trends.
• You create tangible value in our innovation programs by providing market insights into how emerging technologies can be applied to drive growth. You are well-oriented in key technology-related trends. You conduct primary market research activities and research emerging technologies. You review industry trend data to uncover market opportunities.
• Technology and Ecosystem Scans.
• You identify potential new solutions and partners based on Capgemini’s clients’ innovation priorities. The team has an extensive startup ecosystem program that you will help both leverages and build out.

PRIMARY SKILLS

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related, and 7+ years of professional experience
• Ability to network effectively at all levels and influence without direct management oversight
• Ability to articulate with solid presentation skills and to contribute to the executive-level discourse, excellent written communication abilities
• Ability to scope, structure, and deliver work with clear visibility of timelines.

SECONDARY SKILLS

• Able to operate within a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of structure and logic
• Understanding of frameworks of IT databases such as Gartner, Forrester, DC, CB insights, etc.
