Job description

Job Scopes : –

Set up LNS India Finance Department

Handle full set accounts

Manage all accounting transactions

Prepare budget forecast for Yearly basis

Publish Financial Statement in time to HQ

Handle monthly and annual closing

Reconcile accounts payable and receivables

Ensure timely bank payment

Control machine & spare parts Inventory in/out.

Payroll and Statutory contributions

Manage Balance Sheet and Profit/Loss Statements

Comply with financial policies and regulations

Communicate with Local Auditor’s & Government for all related Accounting matters.

Processing the Customer’s Purchase order & Prepare Proforma Invoice to customer’s.

Arrange Shipment for machine & spare parts to customers

Tidy and Check Claim Form for all India staffs’ and submit to HQ for approval before enter to accounting system.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
