Job Description
Develop and deliver a training framework for advocates of all levels and abilities.
Partner with supporting agencies to develop training content.
Provide practical support for profile optimization.
Contribute to the strategy of the program.
Provide feedback and coaching to leaders’ PMOs and/or the leaders themselves.
Advise (Digital) Marketers on best use of advocacy in campaigns.
Provide social media best practice coaching to our Opinion Leaders as a group and to individuals as needed by Digital Marketers.
Lead communication and training for LinkedIn My Company.
Provide reporting for LinkedIn My Company.
Primary Skills
Evangelize the opportunities and potential for employee advocacy.
Set the standard for what a good employee advocate looks like, in terms of profile, activity level, and content.
Secondary Skills
Advise on general employee guidelines such as the Social Media Code of Conduct.
Provide training on general topics such as profile optimization.
