Storage Management – Maintenance and Management of Isilon platforms
Storage nodes installation (Installation of new node comes as SR/CR from ST, configuration will be provided by ST for the implementation)
Storage server’s OS upgrade (Isilon OneFS, Netapp cluster mode)
HW troubleshooting, vendor coordination and part replacement
Monitor the daily data replication
Monitor the daily storage server’s console
Storage allocation for non-standard cases (up to L2)
Storage exports for non-standard cases (up to L2)
Access configuration and troubleshooting
Performance management and troubleshooting
Documentation on specific setup
Operations scripts upgrade
SMB services setup, configuration and troubleshooting
NAS Antivirus setup, configuration, troubleshooting
Data replication & general backup management
NTFS file system management
Quota management
User Data permission management (unix and windows)
Nodes firmware upgrade
Qualys scans
Activities related to Insight IQ (management tool of Isilon)
