You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst
• Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement

You will be in a team responsible for the overall Sales commercial finance operations for India business. You will work along with Branch commercial finance Managers and other sales business partners in providing high-quality analysis and information. You will implement ideas to achieve best possible outcome and standardization for commercial finance operations.

• End to end process management for branch

• Banking

• Accounts receivables

• Damages

• Claims management

• Dealing with Sales, CSNL teams

• Month end entries – accounting, provisions

• System knowledge of SAP, MS excel

Knowledge

Knowledge of Finance, accounting and commercial sales operations

Technical / Work-based Skills

This relates to the skills specific to the job, e.g. language fluency, typing skills, etc Exceptional system skills, especially Excel skills. Experience with SAP and Secondary DMS an advantage

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting.

Experience

6 or more years of experience in CPG company in sales commercial function is preferred

Key Accountabilities

Provide data-driven insights, analytics and challenge decision making from a finance perspective

Coordinate and work closely with Branch commercial teams and DMS vendor, to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working through automation and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement

Collaborate with Branch finance teams and outsourced business provider (Accenture) to ensure standardization and implementation of best practices and reduce complexity along with BCMs

Support the Commercial team in preparing presentations and review documents for Branch leadership team meetings

Closure of MAPs (Internal control review/SIG/ any other audit) by liaisoning with branches

Performance Measures / KPIs

Business building analysis including for Visi cooler spends, PLIP, Visibility payouts

Report and analyze KPIs including metrics covering revenue tracking, trade spending

Ensuring timeliness, quality and effectiveness of projects

Standardizing practices and controls to P7, PC and related accounting activities across branches

Coordinate and manage DMS enhancement work

Managing and updating Customer data base portal, liaising with external vendor

Ensuring overall performance improvement by standardization in reporting

Identify and implement Financial Process Centralization opportunities in coordination with BCMs and Accenture

Regular reviews along with NCM and BCMs

Standardising policies and SOPs across branches

Preparing monthly reviews highlighting best practices implemented, audit findings and other analytics

Replicate any RD/CSNL audits recommendation across branches

Faster closure of MAPs and standardizing of practices across branches
