Expertise in the installation, configuration, and administration of VMware ESXi/ESX 6.x/7.x, VMware virtual center.
Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers
Troubleshooting ESX issues related to storage, network and performance issues
Experience in designing and managing VMWare ESXi and related management infrastructure
Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 R2 Server support and troubleshooting
On call support is required for troubleshooting or pre-planned maintenance on production systems
Windows OS installation, OS services installation/removal/configuration & document as per Client Standard Policy
Work with engineers and project leads to implement new systems, policies, standards and practices
Document server administration processes and procedures
Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems
Primary Skills
Expertise in the installation, configuration, and administration of VMware ESXi/ESX 6.x/7.x, VMware virtual center.
Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 R2 Server support and troubleshooting
Experience in designing and managing VMWare ESXi and related management infrastructure
Windows OS Management for both Virtual and Physical Machines, maintenance and management of windows servers and legacy servers
Secondary Skills
Providing technical support and documenting VMware and Windows server administration processes and procedures
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferred.
