Job Description :

• The General Manager reports directly to Saraf Furniture’s Chief Technology Officer.

• You must manage a team of at least 50 members.

• You are accountable for receiving, processing, and shipping furniture to insaraf’s customers.

• As General Manager, you will devote your talents and energy to ensuring the warehouse operations run smoothly, which includes full responsibility for hiring, opening, closing, accounts payable, site coverage, collaborating with delivery and store leadership, CPU, and customer experience.

• Coordinates the distribution center’s receiving, shipping, repair/refinishing, returns, inventory control, quality control, accounting, and human resource functions.

• Establish an environment that fosters morale and collaboration among all employees.

• Provides direction for work, resolves problems, creates schedules, and establishes deadlines to ensure that work is completed on time.

• Coordinates departmental activities to ensure that staff operates at peak efficiency while adhering to departmental standards.

• Manages the facility’s Key Performance Indicators, which include overtime, productivity, and labor management. Costs are monitored and analyzed, and a budget is prepared.

• Plans and facilitates departmental safety initiatives, including the establishment of a safe work environment.

Basic Profiling:

• Profile : Minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager with a full-time MBA.
