Candidate will be responsible for creating reports, data models in excel.
They will be required to devise an appropriate strategy and ensuring it is implemented effectively. Setting ambitious yet achievable goals.
Should be able to work under Strict deadlines and manage the demands of stakeholders with full quality.
Responsible for reviewing raw data outputs, processing data, or documenting data and gain extracting actionable intelligence.
Ability to work well with others and other data analysts on projects across multiple regions.
Communicate complex data findings in a clear, understandable manner among multiple teams or to the data analyst leads.
Ensure delivery of tasks on time and with quality.
Help the leads in root cause analysis.
Proactively identify issues and risks, and work with the team for timely resolutions.
Primary Skills
Japanese language expertise.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong Teamwork spirit.
Time Management Mindset.
Customer Service experience would be preferred.
Good knowledge of Excel with experience preferred.
Proficient with data research and validation.
Experience Level: 1-2 year .
