Job Description
Working closely with various stakeholders located in different places in the world
Working closely with the Product Owner – accepting completed tasks and prioritizing planned work.
Ensuring the sprint deliveries are undertaken in line with the business
Facilitating Scrum events
Providing guidance on Scrum process
Helping with continuous improvement (making sure retrospective action points are implemented)
Building and maintaining good working relationship with all the team members
Basic technical knowledge about Software and Software delivery process.
Primary Skill
Project management skills and experience in Agile environment
At least 2-year experience as a SM
Examples of the successful delivery of the projects on time
Stakeholder management experience
Experience in working with remote teams outside of EU, good communication skills (verbal, written)
Capable to work on daily basis in English
Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills (ability to explain complex ideas)
Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
Prior working experience of financial services is preferred but not required
Coaching skills
Scrum master certificate would be a plus
Secondary Skill
Experienced with more than one of the following or all from below:
