1. Receiving customer queries and complaints through email, phone call and letters
2. Resolving internal queries and complaints
3. Managing resolutions within TAT
4. Communication with customer
5. Ensuring customer DELITE
6. Issuing SOA, Repayment schedule, FC letter or any other requirement by customer
