New Vision has 15+ years of experience creating, delivering and operating solutions that leverage digital imaging technologies, in Singapore, Hong Kong and India.

New Vision currently consists of four divisions: a software services business that develops and sells digital imaging solutions to retailers and digital printers; an e-commerce B2C business (Photojaanic, www.photojaanic.com) that provides photo personalization services to consumers in India and South-East Asia, and a digital printing business that operates out of Goa, India and ships internationally. The fourth new division is a Machine Learning services business focusing on computer vision applications.

New Vision has been the exclusive partner of HP in the photo publishing and fulfilment market in India and Singapore, and Kodak Alaris’ exclusive partner in the wedding and school portrait solutions markets. New Vision has developed, deployed and managed digital imaging solutions for B2C photo personalization that include mobile, web and professional photography workflows. It has also developed the backend systems including job routing, image processing, order fulfilment, business intelligence and analytics.

Jr Finance Manager

We are looking for a Jr. Finance Manager to help us manage and grow our e-commerce, software and manufacturing businesses. You’ll be helping us manage our product costs, manage our marketing spends, improve our internal software engineering and operational costs, reduce our supply chain costs and build a cost-conscious company culture. You’ll collaborate with our Software, Marketing, Supply Chain and Accounting teams to achieve these goals. We are looking for someone who is customer focused, highly analytical and outcome oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Product Costs: Understand the drivers of product costs, deeply understand the cost drivers for making and selling our products across the supply chain.

• Software Costs: Understand the drivers of our software product costs, build and maintain a costing model for software products and services.

• Marketing Costs: Build and maintain a model of our marketing expenses and ROIs, so we can track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and retention activities.

• Cost Savings: Contribute to building systems to develop and enhance a company cost-conscious culture, where the ROI and costs of all projects and releases are monitored and continuously improved.

• Capex: Design a framework to measure capex invested and cost movement.

• Budgeting: Develop and manage costs across all business areas, monthly cost forecasting, month end review, analysis and actions.

Qualifications:

• MBA or BBA in Finance with 2 years experience
• Accounts degree not required.
• Strong quantitative skills and experience with software companies would be an advantage..
• Can work remotely but frequent visits to production unit in Goa

Location: Remote, but preferably within 500 kms of Goa
