Knowledge Skills required:

• Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu
• Willingness to follow up with each customer in a timely and precise manner as needed
• Strong passion for befriending clients and placing many phone sales calls

• Proven influencing and negotiation skills related to acquiring new business;
• Experience in business development/lead generation/sales

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide World Class Customer Service
• Represent Kashmir online to create a memorable first impression to all potential customers
• Responsible for fulfilling travel-specific requirements for clients via phone, email, and chat
• Analyze the client’s needs and desires; make appropriate recommendation
• Monitor monitors all day-to-day activities of direct reports
• Participates in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business

• Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals.
• Develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external

· EXPERIENCE:

0-2 years with customer service/business devolpment or related tindustry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
