Job Purpose
Tool based optimization of 2G, 3G & LTE through SON, Schema, Anritsu Probe
Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities
- Supporting Radio Quality team to improve 2G, 3G & LTE layer KPIs
- Identifying performance improvement opportunities from SON and their successful implementation
- Maintaining SON Success Rate and attain position within top 3 Nokia Circles
- Performance Improvement through trails of various features & parameters
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Experience in Radio Performance Optimization of 2G/3G/LTE
- Experienced in working over multi-RAT & multi-layer Radio network
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- BE/BTech
- 10 – 15 year experience in Radio network performance optimization
Key Performance Indicators
- Maintaining SON Success Rate above 95%
- Radio network performance improvement via Feature & parameter optimization
