What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value. Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization’s software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases, and websites to achieve the organization’s internal needs and externally facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance, and enhancements of existing applications. Accountabilities:

• This role will be responsible for the delivery of Order Management process requirements (SAP SD & Pricing) that are required to implement the Canada and Puerto Rico business
• Participate in conversations with business to understand requirements and work with leads to identify/design solution
• Able to work on medium and complex business requirements
• Ability to convert functional specifications into test scenarios and test scripts
• Influence key stakeholders and business partners
• Effectively communicate with IT partners and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to manage the execution of Software Delivery deliverables.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communications, presentation skills, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills to deliver solutions.
• Provide well-developed domain & strategic-thinking skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred
• More than 6 years of overall SAP experience and 5+ years’ experience SAP SD, SAP Pricing
• Experience in Vistex
• SAP certification in Sales and Distribution module is required
• Knowledge of Supply planning modules and integration with ECC is a plus
• Hands-on SAP ERP (ECC) skills, with demonstrated experience in Sales and Distribution and Logistics Execution modules required
  • SAP SD Configuration – Sales Document types, Item Categories, Output determination, Copy Control, Schedule line categories, Available to Promise, IDOC/XML/File integration
  • Special Business Processes – Consignment, Third Party, Intercompany Billing, STO.
  • Special Concept Such Free Goods, Bill of Materials, Material Determination.
  • Master Data (CMIR/Customer Master/Material master/Pricing master).
  • SAP SD Configuration – Sound knowledge in SAP Pricing Concepts and Configurations

    • Calculation Routines & Formulas
    • Rounding Calculations
    • Contracts & Agreements
    • Billing & Rebates
    • Retro Billing.
    • Debits, Credits Pricing
    • Credit Management
    • Taxes, Freight, Surcharges & Discounts
  • Strong knowledge on integration between SAP SD and associated modules (MM/LE/Planning)
  • Good understanding on ABAP and debugging
• Very good high-level understanding in integration technologies such as SAP PO, APIGEE etc.
• Knowledge in business processes involving Vistex Billbacks, Chargebacks, Claim processing, Pricing agreements and Memberships will be added advantage
• Experience in working with AGILE processes
• Experience in requirement gathering, gap & impact analysis along with experience developing an implementation strategy for process improvements
• Experience with IDoc mapping, IDoc enhancements and designing new interface feeds is a plus

• Experience collaborating in global/geographically diverse teams
• Experience in integration between SAP systems and SAP to non-SAP systems (EDI, middleware, APIGEE/GCP, J2EE etc.)
