Keep in mind : like Muslim not hiring – Muslim not hiringIf any special benefit company providing : like transportation, cab, food etc – No ProvidedKey Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, including individuals and businesses, to promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their travel needs, provide information on travel products, and offer suitable recommendations.Sales Process Management: Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, manage the sales process from initial contact to booking confirmation, and ensure all customer queries are addressed.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and bookings in the companys CRM system.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits and differentiate from competitors.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints or issues professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.Knowledge: Understanding of travel products, destinations, and booking processes.
