Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Talent Recruiter and Sourcing Lead will oversee the execution and implementation of recruitment and sourcing strategies implementation for the South Asia market. In this role, you will provide leadership in developing and executing ‘Talent Sourcing Strategies’ in the region, and recruiting for key functions and providing a world class hiring manager and candidate experience. You will utilize recruitment knowledge to provide oversight for recruitment, sourcing and recruitment coordination activities and ensure recruiting metrics are met.
Key Accountabilities
Supervise the execution and implementation of talent recruiting strategies to support and align businesses’ staffing objectives with consultative support in the areas of staffing strategies and sourcing recommendations.
Utilize specific knowledge of the business environment, requirements and strategies to provide oversight on the delivery of programs or processes designed to meet the needs of clients.
Lead, mentor and coach a team of sourcing specialists to impact diversity, quality and velocity of hire metrics.
Develop, analyze, report and act on key metrics to drive improvement of the recruiting function.
Execute and implement branding initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
Provide oversight for a team developing and maintaining low to high impact internal and external relationships which may include business and function leaders, hiring managers, human resource professionals, candidates, industry contacts and career service centers.
Establish accountability measures and processes that ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of employment laws specifically impacting recruitment and selection
Progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
Minimum one year of directly related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of supervisory experience in managing a team of recruiting professionals
Proven experience in leading recruiting strategies across multiple functions and industry domains.
Expertise in working with Business and lead recruiting strategies required
