Handling end-to-end recruitment – HR Ops- Message.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for Payroll, Employee Relations and Exit formalities.
Good verbal and written communication.
Should know Emails handling, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance, compliance etc.
Well versed with all HR functions including recruitment, Payroll Processing, Employee Induction and engagement activities.
Should have Knowledge of MS Office.
Creating and maintaining MIS reports.
