About the team:

The Finance team at Cars24 is responsible to implement strong controls ensuring high quality financial reporting.
Finance team plays an important role as finance business partner supporting their strategic decision making with inputs on compliance and reporting. Team is embarking on digital transformation journey to enhance efficiency and further enhance controls. Some of the challenging problems we are trying to solve:
· Drive more leakage improvements
· Digitization and automation
· Regular financial reviews to improve quality, improve accuracy of forecast
· Drive insights with the business to improve the timeliness of reporting

About the role:

• Managing end to end AP/P2P process.
• Reporting and Analysis on KPI metrics biz, Paid on time (POT) analysis, First Pass Yield (FPY)PO penetration etc.
• Leading teams of various profiles i.e invoice processing (PO, Non PO, EDI), Payment (Check, ACH via SAP)
• AP Help-desk (Inbound and outbound query calls)
• Vendor management (Vendor maintenance includes vendor addition, change, deletion etc.)
• Weekly review of payment proposals (high value, critical vendors etc.) and provide approvals.
• Vendor statement reconciliation on regular basis.
• Audited, verified and reviewed invoices including auditing for sales tax and/or use tax liabilities.
• Successfully led remote transitions of various locations of A/P from 5 different business units and several regions.
• Document productivity, and look for areas of improvement, suggest and implement ideas within the process.
• Performed the daily check run reconciliation.
• Major involvement in month end activities and other related activities to ensure smooth closing
• Monthly Dashboard preparation and reporting.
• Publishing Weekly QC dashboard
• Responsible for quality output for AP related activities.
• Devise ways to optimise inventory control procedure
• Inspect the levels of spare parts to identify shortage.
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels.
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Analyse data to anticipate future needs.
• Collaborate with warehouse employees
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc

What you’ll need:

• CA or MBA(Finance) with at least 3+ years of experience in inventory and warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes
• Exceptional Leadership Skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Detail Oriented. Well organized.
• Strong work ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
