Primary Purpose of Role

This role combines data analysis and consultation from the start, with plenty of room for growth. You find the stories behind scattered dataset.

Responsibilities

• Data Synthesis & Insights Generation: Synthesize data from various source (From Industry/internal data, brand track, custom research, Global data, Statista).
• Producing and analyzing regular reports for example monthly review, market shares etc.
• Participate in, specific primary & secondary market research projects
• Carry out prioritized analysis defined by the Senior Consumer Insight Manager within e.g. business performance, competitors, customers and consumers.
• Support colleagues with data analysis & market insight tools (SPSS, Survey Reporter, Power BI, Discover etc.. other tools for data analysis).
• Work closely with brand and trade marketing team to provide insights basis strategic, tracking, ad hoc research to drive insights-based brand strategy and in-market interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters or MBA in marketing, Market Research
• 5/6 years’ experience in Quantitative Market Research in FMCG (Agency side experience IPSOS, Kantar)
• Proficient with excel and able to handle large dataset.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data and draw insights, syndicated and first-party insight tools.
• Open to travel
• Working knowledge of statistics
• Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies. Good to have exposure in –

• Brand Track
• Comms Test
• Retail Audit (Good to have not necessary)
