Primary Purpose of Role

Lead end to end brewery operations with strong focus on people leadership, environment, and statutory compliance to run cost efficient operations without compromising on Quality & Safety. Take continuous improvement approach to enhance productivity through operational excellence. Build & strengthen team capability to deliver outstanding results.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end brewery operations across all functional teams comprising of Safety, Manufacturing, Quality, Brewing & Processes, Utility, Logistics, Materials and Finance
• Strong leadership to drive Operational Excellence and Digitisation in the value chain.
• Expertise in Greenfield and Brownfield Project Management plan
• Key believer in driving Sustainability agenda of an organisation
• Act as a Profit centre head to ensure COGS are within Budget and drive Productivity saving agenda across the value chain
• Ensure all statutory requirements of the brewery are fully complied with.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with all local stakeholders (Government and Society)
• Maintain harmonious human resource relations & working environment across all types of work force.
• Create an environment for coaching and developing Talent at all levels.
• Manage change or strategic initiatives/actions, to foster continuous improvement & development.

Qualifications and Experience:

Btech/MBA

Experience:

• Preferably Engineer with Management Degree and experience in Tier 1 Alco-Bev/FMCG industry for minimum 15 years+
