• Consults engineers on technical support for a variety of tasks.

• Leads in planning experiments and gathering, compiling, and maintaining technical data for engineering projects.

• Leads in the development of analysis for workflow, routing, floor layouts, materials handling, or machine utilization.

• Responsible for properly diagnosing malfunctions and developing solutions for test setups and equipment.

• Leads in the development of materials test and analysis.

• Confer with engineer department heads on details and implications of test procedures and results.

• Confer with engineer department heads on design and development procedures for testing systems and equipment.
