Position Summary
We are hiring a Communications & Training Manager, to join the Digital team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing DT Organizational Change Management, Communications, including trainings for HVAC APAC DT organization in alignment with local/global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for designing & managing the HVAC APAC organizational change management in alignment with Carrier global standards.
Assess all key changes (people, process & technology) standpoint for impact and cross-functional dependencies.
Establish gate-keeping processes to minimize the impact from major changes.
Works with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyses problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely to support in execution of changes.
Leads or participate in continuous improvement efforts; Building expertise in creating, analysing, and improving processes.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Effective implementation of all the projects assigned and take complete ownership of the deliverables.
Support communication efforts. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Assess the change impact. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Support change & release management at the organizational level
Support in adoption of Agile ways of working.
Establish change & release management processes in alignment with agile methodologies.
Execute and own talent development programs.
Understand and analyze the training needs.
Create training plans for development of HVAC APAC DT organization.
Partner with Carrier global team to organize trainings and talent development programs for HVAC APAC
Apply system thinking to uncover bottlenecks
Qualifications/Skill
BA or BS degree in Computer Science or similar degree
Five (5) or more years experience in relevant field
A blend of business, IT, financial, and communication skills, capable of explaining IT concepts to business leaders and vice versa.
Well versed with key terms and concepts of change management
Ability to develop and understand reports in tools like excel, power BI etc.
Ability to summarize complex data into an easy-to-understand dash-boards
Able to communicate with senior leadership teams
Experienced with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence
Support agile software development process and tools
