Carrier One is hiring a daytime / UK Shift VoIP engineer to work on their 46labs PeerEdge (ECO Carrier PE3) Switch. Primarily you will be working with wholesale customers via Skype chat, tickets, and emails, during the hours of calls terminating to Europe and Africa continents, and also dealing with any after hours tickets for the rest of world termination. Prior skills you should have:
SIP messaging diagnostics and troubleshooting from PCAP trace files
Familiarity with USA and Canada LRN based rate decks and dynamic routing
International rate decks and appropriate routing
Intermediate to advanced skill working with Excel, and also having SQL skills will be preferable.
Fraud monitoring and detection
Excellent Customer Service Satisfaction working with clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per week
