3. FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE

A front desk executive is responsible for handling front office reception and menial admin duties of an organisation.

Responsibilities –
i) Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
ii) Call candidates waiting for training/interview/documentation.
iii) Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
iv) Arrange appointments and supervise the work of subordinates.
v) Other official task as and when assigned.

Experience – At least 1 year experience as Office Asst.
Salary – 6,000 to 15,000 per month.
