Key Responsibilities:
On-boarding YouTubers and influencers
Taking care of end-to-end execution of Influencer Marketing campaigns for CashKaro and other clients of the Company. This will include execution of the campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels as needed.
Development and execution of influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. Right from on boarding influencers to defining budget for them to post campaign evaluation.
Brainstorming new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
Communication with the clients and influencers and execute the end-to-end digital strategy, thereby providing brand solutions for our client.
Analyzing the outcome of the executed campaigns through data driven approach and taking further actions accordingly
Taking the ownership of task or campaign assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Ability to pitch campaigns and negotiate with influencers.
Excellent inter-personal, communication and relationship building skills.
Creative mindset, team player, flexible, and can-do attitude
Well-organized with great time management & project management skills.
Great verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
