Caspian Supply Chain Pvt.Ltd, south India’s fastest growing 3PL company is looking for a Customer Support Executive to offer excellent client service support. You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team.

To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. These skills will prove invaluable when mentoring the representatives in your team and mediating with customers. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

Responsibilities

· Identify potential clients and establish connects with the right person to convert into a meeting

· Explain about our services, understand the clients requirements provide immediate solutions

· Building relationships with clients while ensuring that the team meets client commitments in time with the highest quality solution

· Identify and troubleshoot any situations complaints directly coming from the clients with immediate solution in alignment with the development team

· Maintain all communications in email as record

· Create roadmaps for projects and potential clients

· Gradually take on more responsibility and have a bigger impact take on more challenging tasks, mentor others

Skills

· A previous client servicing experience(Preferably in logistics) will be a bonus

· Extremely good command over spoken and written english

· People pleasing ability with highly presentable personality

· Should be able to build presentations and prepare adequate documents for client meetings

· Methodical approach in pitching and excellent client follow up

· Should possess the ability to connect well with people across teams

· Self-motivated, very eager to learn, with strong logical reasoning skills

· Passion for quality

Expected Start Date: 8/9/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
